PARIS (Reuters Life!) – Award winning photographer Paolo Pellegrin has documented many of the world’s danger zones from Lebanon to Kosovo and Rwanda to Haiti.

In 1995, his stunning reportage on AIDS in Uganda received the World Press and the Kodak Young Photographer Awards.

The Italian-born snapper has published six books, of which — “As I Was Dying” — brought together his moving images of human suffering in war zones and in natural disasters.

PARIS (AFP) – Geoffroy de La Bourdonnaye, former head of London’s Liberty, is taking the helm as new CEO of high-end fashion house Chloe, part of the Swiss luxury empire Richemont, the company said Friday.

De Le Bourdonnaye, who takes over from Ralph Toledano, headed Liberty from 2007 after running Christian Lacroix from 2003 to 2007 subsequent to positions at Disney, Pepsico and L’Oreal.

Toledano headed the prestigious label created in the 1950s by Gaby Aghion during a dazzling decade that saw fresh designers Stella McCartney and Phoebe Philo revive the house’s former glory.

Current stylist is Britain’s Hannah MacGibbon, a graduate of London’s Saint Martin School and formerly of Valentino.
